We’ve stumbled across many time-consuming arguments between practitioners defending their own preferences in terms of models of feedback. This article takes us back to some fundamental principles. The arguments are reminiscent of age old arguments about preferred word processing packages – in the end they came to nought and are redundant. Similarly, good feedback principles transcend model preference. This is a good reminder of the dangers in being partisan!
